Old Houses Japan

I am currently a Full-Stack Engineer Intern at OldHousesJapan, where I contribute to both development and UI/UX design. Due to NDA restrictions, I can only present select work for interview purposes.

Song Me

Collaborated with the Apple TestFlight team to design prototypes for usability testing. Applied creative problem-solving to introduce innovative concepts and features across various development teams. Developed static wireframe mockups and created visual assets to support the company’s design efforts.

I’m currently developing an immersive virtual studio that enables creators to collaborate with an AI "co-creator." This platform integrates music, visual art, writing, and coding into a smooth, unified creative workflow.

Key Feature Goals:

AI Music Composer: Instantly creates music based on user prompts or emotions, adjusting tempo and instrumentation live during performances.

AI Visual Generator: Converts sound waves into vibrant visual art, including 3D animations and album covers.

Textual AI Assistant: Offers creative suggestions for song lyrics, stories, and even performance scripts.

Code Composer: Recommends code snippets for interactive installations, generative graphics, or web-based sound art.

During my undergraduate program, I created rhythmic algorithms that challenged traditional music theory and sound processing, integrating 3D graphics to visually represent sound patterns. This innovative project merged music and technology, offering new ways for creators and enthusiasts to experience and understand music. I was also a part of the McKendree University String Ensemble and head academic writer, exploring instrumental influences in programming by developing rhythmic patterns and publishing insights on musical experiences.

SongMe/SpruceTechnology

I contributed to the Apple TestFlight team, where I helped create prototypes for usability testing, ensuring the product's functionality and user experience were optimized. I leveraged my creativity and problem-solving skills to introduce innovative concepts and features, collaborating with multiple development teams to bring new ideas to life. Additionally, I constructed static wireframe mockups and designed various visual elements to support the company's design and development process.

Bayer

Developed innovative concepts while utilizing the Angular framework to create responsive designs that adapt seamlessly across devices. I also contributed to the implementation of features using Vue and React, debugging and enhancing website elements to improve functionality. Additionally, I played an active role in facilitating Scrum and sprint retrospective meetings, focusing on refining processes and boosting team productivity to ensure efficient project progression.

WorldWide Technology

I performed technical refurbishment of products for AT&T by conducting thorough software tests to ensure quality and functionality. Additionally, I managed and guided other employees as part of the quality team, overseeing tasks and ensuring the successful completion of projects to meet high standards.

McKendree University

As a HelpDesk Technician at McKendree University, I troubleshooted and re-imaged various operating systems for students and staff, ensuring that systems were up and running efficiently. I also assisted users with configuring computer systems, peripherals, and software applications, providing valuable technical support to the university community. In addition to my technical role, I was given the opportunity to serve as the Head Academic Writer, where I was responsible for overseeing academic writing projects and ensuring the highest standards of quality in written communications across various departments.
